Director of Marketing
Aviad joined Tilray from Microsoft with a background in branding and experiential marketing. Aviad leads the Tilray marketing team and is responsible for curating photography, videography, social media, CRM and events for Tilray Canada and emerging geographies. Prior to the Tilray Canada launch in April 2014, Aviad was responsible for creating the go-to-market strategy, including brand positioning, pricing structure, and promotions.
Worldwide Experiential Marketing Lead at Microsoft
Over the course of over five years at Microsoft, Aviad worked in a variety of roles including working in the office of the CIO as well as leading experiential marketing programs including the launch of Windows 8 across over 300 universities across the US. He later directed worldwide student marketing, managing 35 countries’ student programs and over $45 million in budget.
