Marla Luther brings to Tilray 20 years of experience as a manager and senior advisor helping global organizations establish sustainable operations in Germany and the European Union. At Tilray, she focuses on facilitating open communication with key stakeholders and officials to identify how Tilray can best serve medical cannabis patients in Europe.   

Principal at Joschka Fischer & Company
Prior to joining Tilray, Marla spent a decade as a principal advisor to former Vice Chancellor of Germany and leading figure of the European Green Party Joschka Fischer as a Principal with his consulting firm, Joschka Fischer & Company. While there, she led efforts to develop a political outreach strategy surrounding the launch of BMW’s first fully electric vehicle the i3 and advised Spotify AB on regulatory solutions to platform challenges with EU legislators. As an advisor to other corporate clients, including Western Digital lnc. and  Dyson ltd., as well as non profit organisations such as the European Climate Foundation, she helped clients to develop and grow their operations in Europe and work constructively with all levels of government to achieve goals and overcome regulatory challenges.
