SweetWater Brewing Company, LLC ("SweetWater"), a subsidiary of Tilray Brands, Inc. (NASDAQ: TLRY and TSX: TLRY), announces its fall craft-beer lineup, which includes its new H.A.Z.Y. Double IPA and the return of its popular Mosaic Single Hop Hazy IPA. Starting this October, SweetWater’s fall beers will be available in select markets across the U.S.
Breckenridge Distillery, a part of Tiray’s U.S. business, has renewed and expanded its distribution agreement with Republic National Distributing Company (“RNDC”), a leading distributor of wine and spirits. The new distribution agreement provides Breckenridge Distillery with direct access to RNDC’s expansive distribution network of on-and-off premise retailers and customers across the U.S. in 38 states and the District of Columbia.
As the story goes, Breckenridge Brewery took Breckenridge Distillery’s freshly dumped Bourbon Whiskey barrels and aged their Imperial Oatmeal Stout in them. This time, adding coffee and coconut. After they were done, Breckenridge Distillery took those barrels back and filled them with their award-winning Bourbon Whiskey and aged it for over a year to create ‘Super’ Sexy Motor Oil.
